Stacy's passion for hair styling began long before she became a hair stylist. At the age of 14 she battled stage 3 Lymphoma. After losing all of her hair, she kept at styling her wigs, drawing her eyebrows back on and making her self look like she felt better so she could wake up and continue living her life. That journey lead her to a stylist that ended up becoming her mentor and helped guide, train, and inspire her to do what she loved. You'll see her passion for the industry is broad from helping people overcome insecurities, feel beautiful as they should, rock a new style they never thought they could, learn to manage their hair, or even just maintaining your naturally beautiful hair. Today, Stacy wants to help the future professionals of our industry succeed by offering extensive training, support in personal growth, tools and systems to better their career, and ultimately a beautiful space to create and elevate the guests experience. With all of her free time you might find her at kickboxing at 5 am before work, trying to get a hike in, but mostly making memories with her hubby Marlo and two fur babies Ares and Gigi.

Lillie has been in the industry for the longest of all of our team members. While she many strengths there is one we here the most about, her honest true care for her clients. Her ability to listen to your hair needs and come up with all your options to achieve your goals is pure talent. As she gets to know you better and continue to build your relationship the more she continues to create new ideas so you always feel confident and beautiful in your look. Her journey as a hairdresser has taken her on a path to share her knowledge, skill set, and creativity with the future members of our team. Coaching them through various stages of their career beginning with our associate program as an associate trainer and salon manager. Her presence, is part of the glue of our salon company, and a true pleasure to work with.
Crystal

Crystal has been specializing in men's design for over 11 years. Joining us from a tradition barber shop style salon with extensive barbering training, we feel lucky to have her a part of our tribe. She continues to expand her skill set as a stylist, but passion thrives when giving a truly great men's cut. Whether it's a traditional buisness cut or on trend fade you can count on consistency. Crystal and husband Aaron reside in the Lake Tapps area, where they raise their handsome little boy and dog! She looks forward to building lasting relationships with you and your family!
Ashlee Rose

Ashlee is one of the most talented young stylist. She continues to blow us away with her work! We see how committed to her guests she is, always learning something new and working on mastering that skill! She's loves to do anything color! And lately we have been seeing some shorter styles shes created giving us all hair envy! Her drive to provide and be an awesome mama to her young boy is an inspiration! Kasi Doyle

Kasi has been doing hair for over 7 years, and aims for each of her clients to leave feeling like royalty and loving their hair. Throughout her journey she has continued to invest in advanced education keeping her to up to date on the latest trends and providing her clients with the best experience possible. Her advanced education has consisted of certifications in extensions, diva curl, wedding styling, professionally trained makeup artistry, as well as an editorial stylisting. She truly loves all types of haircutting, and hair color with an emphasis on balayage. Dedicated to her craft, Kasi wants to reflect your inner beauty through your hair hoping to help make the world feel more beautiful!
Dee White

Dee has always gravitated towards doing hair. It's all started back in elementary and junior high school. You would catch her braiding the girl's hair during recess, or before a game. She was known then as the girl to go to for everything hair. Thus began her journey with a vision to turn this passion into a career. She's grown up in a world ever evolving with knowledge found digitally at her finger tips, that continues to inspire her creativity. Watching YouTube videos or Facebook vines pushed her to explore, tweak and innovate. Now, this passion has come full circle and Dee is able to further her education on a professional level. Shes awesome with color and amazing at extensions. She's always evolving her look, making her own wigs, and pushing herself to new levels and cannot wait to work with you to do the same!

Cassidy faced skin troubles while growing up and inspired her to venture into the world of esthetics! What got her in the door of skin care, lead to a love for industry after attending the Euro Institute of Skin Care. She believes nutrition and a holistic approach, are ideal for having beautiful skin! Meanwhile, she wants make sure you are relaxed and at ease while enjoying a relaxation skin service such as a William James Signature Facial. If you are faced with skin troubles her favorite services to perform are chemical peels and dermaplaning! Most importantly, Cassidy wants you to feel the most beautiful in the skin your in so she committed to listening, analyzing your skin care needs, and customizing a skin care regime to keep or restore your youthful glow! She's such a gentle soul you're bound to leave feeling renewed.

Vikki has worked in various fields throughout her career, but she flourishes as the face of William James. Her passion to help our guests get the perfect appointment, follow up with you that you have what the stylist recommends to maintain your look and make sure you had a wonderful experience while in the salon is what makes Vikki such an asset to our team. When calling in for your first time appointment, she'll ask you several questions to help you pick the best stylist suited for you! In case you couldn't tell Vikki is also Stacy's mom! They love working together and feel so blessed to be be able to do so. As true to her favorite song "Stacy's mom has got it goin on!"
